Eligibility
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, email support@nootropicsindia.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
